Why this exists
Founding Membership includes up to 10 hours of simulator access per week under this Fair Use Policy. Bay access is a shared, limited resource. With a small number of bays serving every member, these rules help keep access open and fair for all Founding Members.
1. Usage limits
- Up to 4 hours of bay time per day.
- Up to 10 hours of bay time per week.
- The week runs Monday at 12:00 AM through Sunday at 11:59 PM local time and resets each Monday.
2. Booking
- Reserve a bay through the Greenside booking system up to 14 days in advance.
- You may occupy only one bay at a time during active play.
- You may hold up to 3 future reservations on the calendar at once. As each session is completed, you are free to book another.
- Minimum session length is 30 minutes.
3. Arrivals, cancellations, and no-shows
- Cancel or modify a reservation at least 2 hours before the start time at no penalty.
- Arrive within 15 minutes of your start time. After 15 minutes, the bay may be released to another member; the reserved time still counts toward your daily and weekly limits.
- Late cancellations inside 2 hours and no-shows count toward your weekly hours.
- 3 or more no-shows within any 30-day period may result in a 7-day suspension of booking privileges.
4. Peak hours
- During high-demand periods, typically weekday evenings and weekends, Greenside may temporarily limit sessions to 2 hours, cap advance bookings, or adjust availability to keep bays open for more members. Any such limits will be posted in advance.
5. Guests
- Members may bring guests. The member must be present for the entire session.
- Guest time counts toward the member's daily and weekly limits, and standard guest fees apply.
- Members are responsible for their guests' conduct and adherence to club rules.
6. Shared and member-to-member use
- Two or more members may share a single booked bay; the time counts toward the hours of the member who reserved it.
- Bays may not be used for commercial purposes, including paid instruction by anyone other than a Greenside-approved coach.
7. Conduct and shared space
- Treat equipment, simulators, and the space with care. Report any damage or malfunction immediately.
- Members are responsible for damage caused by misuse.
- End sessions on time so the next member can start as scheduled.
8. Enforcement
- We address issues in good faith and in proportion: a reminder first, then booking limits, then suspension, and, for repeated or serious abuse, termination of membership.
- Membership terminated for cause is not eligible for refund of the founding deposit or any paid membership fees.
9. Membership rate and changes
- Your founding rate is $250 per month.
- Greenside may modify membership pricing, structure, benefits, or availability for new and renewing members. Any change to your own rate will be communicated with at least 30 days' written notice.
- Greenside may update this Fair Use Policy from time to time to maintain availability and fairness; material changes will be communicated to members.
