Everyone. Whether you're picking up a club for the first time or preparing for your next tournament, Greenside is built for beginners, casual golfers, avid players, and competitive golfers alike — no experience required to feel comfortable learning and improving here.

Greenside was built to bring a premium golf experience directly into the city, making it easier for Boston golfers to practice, improve, and connect without leaving town. South Boston felt like the natural fit. It is a highly active, social neighborhood with a strong community and easy access from both downtown Boston and surrounding areas.

Yes. Greenside welcomes guests of all ages. Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult while at the club.

Greenside does not have a formal dress code. Guests are welcome to come in golf attire, athletic wear, or casual clothing. We simply ask that all guests wear appropriate attire and footwear while using the facility.

Yes! Greenside will offer gift cards that can be used at the club. We are currently in the process of setting up our gift card program and will share purchasing details soon.

No. Anyone can book simulator time at Greenside. Memberships offer additional benefits and priority access, but the club is open to both members and the general public.

• Founding Membership — $250/month. Locked-in lifetime rate. Limited availability.
• All Access Membership — $300/month. Same premium benefits and experience as Founding, available once the Founding program concludes.
• Hourly Play — $65–$85/hr. Open to everyone — no membership required.

Members may bring up to five guests at no additional cost.

Founding Memberships require an initial six-month commitment. After the six-month commitment period, the membership continues with a 30-day cancellation notice.

All Access Memberships are month-to-month with no minimum commitment and require a 30-day cancellation notice.

All Access Members may cancel at any time with 30 days' notice. Founding Members may cancel with 30 days' notice after completing their initial six-month commitment. Membership pause requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

No. Your Founding Member rate is locked in for as long as your Founding Membership remains active. If you cancel and later choose to rejoin, you would be subject to the membership options and rates available at that time.

There is no set deadline. Founding Memberships are limited and available only while spots remain. Once all Founding Memberships have been claimed, the Founding Member rate will no longer be available.

Greenside AI+ is Greenside's AI-powered golf platform designed to help golfers better understand their swing and improve their game. A complimentary Greenside AI+ subscription, a $130/year value, is included with Founding Membership.

Simulator bays can be booked online through Sweet Spot, Greenside's booking platform. Members and guests can view availability, book a bay, and manage upcoming reservations directly through the platform.

Founding Members and All Access Members can book simulator bays up to 14 days in advance. Public bookings open up to 7 days in advance, giving members priority access to bay times.

Reservations must be canceled at least two hours before the scheduled start time. For members, late cancellations and no-shows will result in the reserved time being deducted from their weekly simulator hours. For public bookings, cancellations made within two hours of the reservation and no-shows will be charged the full reservation amount.

Each simulator bay can accommodate up to six people total.

No. You're welcome to bring your own clubs, or you can use Greenside's rental clubs at no additional cost.

Greenside accepts all major credit and debit cards. Cash payments are accepted at the bar only.

Free street parking is available along Old Colony Avenue. There are also several public parking lots nearby, which will be listed on our website to help guests plan their visit.
